To make the children understand that vegetables are an essential component of a healthy diet for physical growth and sound health, a mock vegetable market was set up in the classroom.  Children also acted on skits playing the role of a vegetable vendor. Fruit and vegetable crafts, rhymes, activities, games, and other resources presented an exciting way for our children to learn about these healthy foods. Children got to know and explore different kinds of fruits and vegetables in this activity.
